Waldorf Salad with Blue Cheese and Honey Crisp Apple

This Waldorf Salad is truly the best thing ever. The blue cheese, the apple, the pear, the grapes, the dried fruits. Just lovely.

Waldorf salad

Ingredients
Serves 1

  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 2 cup mesclun greens
  • 1/2 pear, diced
  • 1/2 Honey Crisp apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Danish blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon minced rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons crispy fried onions OR shallots

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
  2. Toss in the dressing until salad is well coated.
