This Waldorf Salad is truly the best thing ever. The blue cheese, the apple, the pear, the grapes, the dried fruits. Just lovely.

Ingredients

- 2 cup baby spinach
- 2 cup mesclun greens
- 1/2 pear, diced
- 1/2 Honey Crisp apple, diced
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup Danish blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon minced rosemary
- 2 tablespoons crispy fried onions OR shallots
- 1/3 cup Classic Balsamic Dressing
