Directions
For the Ramen Noodle Salad Topping
- Place the block of dry instant ramen noodles in a ziplock bag and crush the noodles into small pieces using the bottom of a pan or another such tool.
- (At this point, you can just skip to the Seoul Salad part, or you can keep going to the next step to make the noodles taste a little nicer.)
- Over medium heat, in a large frying pan, sauté the noodle bits in oil until crispy and golden, about 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
And now, the Seoul Salad
- Simply, mix all the ingredients into a large bowl, except for the sesame seeds and ramen noodles. Pour in the dressing, making sure to coat the salad evenly.
- Top with the sesame seeds, 1/2 cup of the Ramen Noodle Salad Topping and voila!
