  • 4 large Roma tomatoes, halved, cored, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, torn
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
