- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup mesclun greens
- 1/2 pear, diced
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/3 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 fennel bulb, sliced thin with a mandoline
- 1/4 cup cucumbers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup feta, cubed
- 2 tablespoons toasted sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons torn mint leaves
- Optional: 1/2 cup grapefruit OR watermelon, cubed
- 1/3 cup Minty Bliss Dressing
