  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta, crumbled
