I’m here to teach you how to achieve the lifestyle and body that you want, while building a strong and healthy relationship to food… and most importantly, teaching you how to make it sustainable.

Being able to understand how your body functions and responds to food is crucial… but it’s a long-term process. The tools you need to get there is what you’ll learn through this coaching.

This isn’t a theoretical thing, it is a practical service adapted 100% to your life. We’ll be working 1-to-1 on this, so you’ll have my undivided attention.

Most importantly, you won’t be cutting out any type of food.

①    In-Depth Assessment

Having a deep understanding of what your current day-to-day looks like is crucial to taking further steps. You’ll get asked a series of detailed questions so I have all the tools that I need to start working with you. Depending on your plan, this will be either via a questionnaire you will fill out or a video call.

②    Personalized consultation video or call

Following the assessment, you’ll get an extremely detailed consultation video or call (depending on your plan). This video will give you a road map as to what out time together will look like and how we will achieve your health goals. Details like your daily habits, your exercise routine, your food logs and much more will be discussed. This video will be entirely personalised… my goal is to not to flip your routine on its head, but to help you in a way that is moulded to your life.

③    Weekly check-ins

Life has ups and downs all the time. Weekly check-ins allow you to continuously adapt your plan to what works for you, and allow me to keep a track record of your progress. Markers such as your dietary habits, workout habits and mindset all come into play. Depending on your plan, this will be done via questionnaire or via video call.

④    Private text message access

No matter what questions you may have in-between weekly check-ins, I will be just a text away. Having me at your fingertips will ensure that you understand what goes into your plan and guarantees an answer ASAP.
