- 1/2 cup curly kale, shredded
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup canned corn kernels, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup red cabbage, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced scallion (green part only)
- 1/4 cup feta, cubed
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons basil leaves
- 1/3 cup Green Power Dressing
